About Us

The Association Management Co, Inc. was formed to provide management services for Homeowners and Property Owners Associations. We offer these Services in a professional and ethical manner and are committed to maintaining our fiduciary responsibility with each Association.

In rural mountain communities, property values can be correlated directly to the wellness of a Property Owners Association. For this reason, our positioning statement is Your Property Values in the Hands of Professionals. We are an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a non-profit organization dedicated to homeowners associations, property owners associations and the professionals who serve them to promote prosperous communities.

Our managers are certified and have met the education and examination standards established by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers NBC-CAM and has agreed to abide by the Standards of Professional conduct established and upheld by the Certified Manager of Community Associations.

We feel that a successful relationship is three-fold and includes the Association Members, The Board of Directors and the Management Company. Strong communication between all three entities is key to an organized and prosperous community association.
